The OIR Alumni Regatta is an informal sprint regatta over a 1,000 meter course on Cascade Lake. The course is buoyed starting at the north end of the lake with the finish line level with the OIR boat dock so spectators get a great view of the finish.
The event is held on a Saturday close to the beginning of April about 5 weeks into the spring season.
The OIR annual club dinner is always held the same weekend.
